  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing may take longer.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • United States: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • International: Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days after processing.

  • Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather, or events beyond our control.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and method.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.


5. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

  • If a package is refused or undeliverable, original shipping costs are non-refundable.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order is shipped, risk of loss passes to the customer.

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after being marked “delivered” by the carrier.

  • Customers should file claims directly with the carrier.

  • We may, at our discretion, assist but cannot guarantee replacement or refund in such cases.


7. International Shipping & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Customs policies vary by country; please check with your local customs office before ordering.

  • Delays caused by customs are outside our control.


8. Split Shipments

  • For faster delivery, items in the same order may be shipped separately from different warehouses.

  • Customers will receive tracking details for each shipment.


9. Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders or backordered items will be stated on the product page.

  • Dates are estimates only and may change due to supplier or carrier issues.
