Return & Refund Policy

At Shoppers Square, we want you to shop with confidence. Our Return & Refund Policy complies with global consumer protection laws while protecting our business from abuse and fraud. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Return Window

  • United States & International Customers: Items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • EU & UK Customers: You have a legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days of delivery under the consumer “cooling-off” period.

Conditions: Items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (with all tags, manuals, and accessories).

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).


2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Claims must include clear photos/videos showing the issue.

  • If approved, we will provide one of the following:

    • A replacement, or

    • A full refund (including original shipping costs).


3. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

For hygiene, safety, and clearance reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective:

  • Personal care, beauty, or hygiene products

  • Undergarments, swimwear, and intimate apparel

  • Perishables, consumables, and cleaning products

  • Digital downloads, gift cards, and software

  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items


4. Return Process

  1. Email support@shopperssquare.co.in within the 14-day return window.

  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Authorization (RA) with instructions.

  3. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  4. Items must be shipped back within 5 business days of receiving RA.


5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item), we cover return shipping.

  • For all other returns (buyer’s remorse, size, style, change of mind):

    • U.S. & International Customers: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

    • EU & UK Customers: Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise required by law.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law.


6. Refunds & Restocking Fees

  • Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns, except where prohibited by law.

  • EU & UK Customers: Restocking fees do not apply to returns made under the mandatory 14-day cooling-off period.

  • If the item is returned used, damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition, we may deduct further compensation for loss of value or reject the return.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

  • Once shipped, risk of loss passes to the customer.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect addresses, refusal of delivery, or carrier errors.

  • Customers must file claims directly with the carrier.

  • We may, at our discretion, assist but cannot guarantee reimbursement.


8. Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be canceled.


9. Abuse & Fraud Protection

To protect our business, we reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

  • Limit or deny service to customers with excessive or fraudulent claims.

  • Apply restocking or handling fees where legally permitted.


10. Legal Compliance

This Return & Refund Policy applies globally. In cases where local consumer protection laws (such as the EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period or Australian Consumer Law guarantees) provide additional rights beyond our policy, those legal rights will take precedence.
